Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Background clearance and fingerprinting required
