Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Variable shifts including days, evenings, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Call required Monday-Friday 9:00 PM to 6:30 AM, and Saturday/Sunday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs.

• Level 1 Trauma Center with 18-bed Operating Room performing 45-50 surgical procedures daily
• Diverse case mix including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries
• Primary focus on circulating for Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
• EPIC charting system utilized for documentation
• Opportunity to work with a comprehensive surgical team in a high-acuity environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Current BLS certification and NIHSS certification required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) must be in hand at time of submission
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program required
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Preferred experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns cases

• Ohio fingerprinting must be completed immediately upon contract signing
• Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start date with no exceptions
• Candidates outside Ohio but within driving distance must travel to Ohio for fingerprinting as soon as possible after booking
• Pre-approved time off must be requested at time of submission and built into contract
• Former employees eligible after 6 months away from the facility
• Float requirements to different units within the organization as needed
