Description
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Canton, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 13-week assignment
Highlights:
- Acute neuro unit (612C) with diverse patient population
- Exposure to neurosurgery, neurology, ENT surgery, and general surgery patients
- Mix of ambulatory patients recovering from acute illness/surgery and total care patients
- 13-week contract with night shift schedule
- Opportunity to develop advanced neurological assessment skills
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute neuro or related specialty experience
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification required
- NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification required
- Current ACLS certification required
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
