Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Acute Care ICU/Med-Surg – South Carolina

Start Date: May 11, 2026

Location: Travelers Rest, South Carolina

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM; every other weekend required (subject to unit needs)

Highlights:

• Dual-unit LTAC environment: 12-bed ICU and 31-bed Med-Surg unit with cross-training opportunities
• Patient population includes vent weaning, complex wound care, spinal cord injury, and trach/PEG management
• Adult and geriatric patients (18 years and older) with a daily census of approximately 25
• ICU patient ratio 1:2 (days/nights), Med-Surg ratio 1:3 (weekends), float ratio 1:5
• Epic EMR system with Omnicell medication management
• First-time travelers considered based on specialty experience; minimum 1 year of Epic required

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or LTAC experience
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Floating to qualified units as needed based on census
• Charge experience preferred; LTAC, community hospital, and trauma experience preferred
