Requirements:

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent experience in the specialty you are applying for
• Active Ohio RN license or compact license (eNLC accepted)
• One professional reference from a direct supervisor (manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in the same specialty
• All required certifications must be active and current at time of submission
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Clear background and license history; no open cases or license discipline
