Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association (required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry/LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• 2 to 5 years of overall nursing experience
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process
