Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse – Georgia

Start Date: May 18, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Progressive Care Unit assignment with 1:3–4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a 28-bed PCU/IMCU specializing in cardiac populations

Highlights:

• Cardiac-focused Progressive Care Unit with exposure to STEMI, NSTEMI, cardiothoracic surgery patients, and chest pain protocols
• Manage critical cardiac drips including Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors
• May also provide care to telemetry patients with lower acuity levels within the same unit
• Work in a medium to large acute care facility with robust cardiac services
• Opportunity to apply advanced monitoring and intervention skills in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Georgia (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum 2 years of documented Progressive Care Unit or Intermediate Care Unit experience in a similar-sized facility
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Recent hands-on experience with cardiac drips and cardiac patient populations strongly preferred
• Professional badge photo and complete demographic information required upon submission
