Location: El Paso, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend rotation: 4 weekends per month

Highlights:

• 13-week contract in a combined 19-bed Pediatric and Pediatric ICU unit (10 PICU beds, 9 Peds beds)
• Patient ratios: 1:2 PICU, 1:3 Intermediate Care (1:4 with PCT support), 1:5 Peds (1:6 with PCT support)
• Experience with diverse procedures including lumbar punctures, intubations, chest tube placements, and conscious sedation
• Work with advanced ICU equipment including Hillrom beds, GC monitors, and specialized infusion pumps
• EMR: Meditech
• Opportunity for permanent placement

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Pediatric nursing experience
• Pediatric ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to dynamic clinical situations
