Schedule: Full-time, flexible shift options available including day shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) and evening shift (1:00 PM – 9:30 PM). Shifts vary based on department needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or equivalent from an accredited institution (or equivalent U.S. Military laboratory training of at least 50 weeks)
• Active certification as MT, MLS, CLS, or MLT from ASCP, AMT, AAB, or HEW/HHS (new graduates who are board-eligible must complete certification within 1 year of hire)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a laboratory generalist preferred
• One year of clinical laboratory experience including rotations through Blood Banking, Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, Immunology, and Urinalysis/Body Fluids (or completion of NAACLS-approved clinical laboratory training program)
• Experience with Sysmex analyzers, Abbott Alinity systems, and EPIC EMR is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting skills for laboratory instrumentation and equipment
