Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week

Requirements:

• Active RRT or CRT credential
• Minimum 2 years of NICU transport experience required
• Current NRP and PALS certifications (STABLE preferred)
• Expertise in neonatal airway management, mask ventilation, airway stabilization, and ventilator management (conventional, HFOV, CPAP/NIV, HFNC)
• Proficiency in transport operations including isolette systems, equipment troubleshooting, oxygen management, and safety protocols
• Advanced understanding of transport physiology including effects of motion, vibration, altitude, and temperature
• Experience managing critical neonatal conditions: RDS, MAS, PPHN, BPD, sepsis, and hemodynamic support
• Strong communication skills for team coordination and facility handoffs
• Demonstrated crisis management abilities and NRP proficiency
