Description
Start Date: April 13, 2026
Location: Savannah, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 2-3 shifts per week

- Work with advanced transport equipment including Hamilton and Cross Vent ventilators, plus TXP

Requirements:
- Active RRT or CRT credential
- Minimum 2 years of NICU transport experience required
- Current NRP and PALS certifications (STABLE preferred)
- Expertise in neonatal airway management, mask ventilation, airway stabilization, and ventilator management (conventional, HFOV, CPAP/NIV, HFNC)
- Proficiency in transport operations including isolette systems, equipment troubleshooting, oxygen management, and safety protocols
- Advanced understanding of transport physiology including effects of motion, vibration, altitude, and temperature
- Experience managing critical neonatal conditions: RDS, MAS, PPHN, BPD, sepsis, and hemodynamic support
- Strong communication skills for team coordination and facility handoffs
- Demonstrated crisis management abilities and NRP proficiency
