Location: Orange County, California

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts with 8 days of call per month required; weekend coverage will exceed every other weekend; may include variable shifts as needed

Highlights:

• Work in a 488-bed acute care hospital performing invasive cardiac procedures including coronary angiograms, PCIs, permanent and temporary pacemakers, and electrophysiology studies
• 3-room Cath Lab with daily census of approximately 15 patients across adult and geriatric populations
• Epic charting system with 10 hours of orientation provided
• Focus on panning and circulating experience, particularly in electrophysiology procedures and heart catheterizations
• May have opportunity to float to other area facilities within the healthcare system

Requirements:

• Active California state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
• ARRT certification required (RCIS cannot be substituted)
• BLS certification and Fluoroscopy Permit required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience required
• Previous travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Strong electrophysiology experience strongly preferred
• Community hospital experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Competencies in cardiac ablation, electrophysiology evaluation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, ASD closures, TAVR, Watchman, and other advanced cardiac interventions
