Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical / Telemetry – Florida

Start Date: May 19, 2026

Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts. Weekend coverage required. Float to multiple locations within a 20-mile radius as needed to support patient care.

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 18 months acute care telemetry experience required; 2 years preferred
• PCU/Step-Down experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• NIHSS certification must be obtained prior to start date
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, blood product administration, central and peripheral line care, and cardiac drip management
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test required (nicotine-free facility, no exceptions)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or nursing leadership
