Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Highlights:

• Specialized postpartum unit caring for antepartum patients, postpartum with telemetry or continuous pulse ox, postpartum magnesium, and PP IUFD cases
• 3:1 patient ratio across all shifts for optimal patient care
• Epic EMR system utilized throughout the facility
• 24 hours of orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Two pre-approved time off periods available during contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent postpartum or labor and delivery nursing experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring
• Epic charting system experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation
• Nursing education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or director
• Ability to float to other units within the organization as needed
