Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights); shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period based on unit needs

Highlights:

• 36-bed BMT and Hematology-Oncology unit with mixed acuity PCU and medical-surgical patients
• Specialized patient population including ALL, AML, multiple myeloma, lymphomas, aplastic anemia, and other complex hematologic conditions
• Advanced treatment modalities including autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic stem cell transplants, plus CAR-T therapy
• Epic EMR experience required; 72 hours of orientation provided
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and social services
• Float to other medical-surgical oncology units as needed

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years recent nursing experience; at least 1 year of current medical-surgical and oncology experience required
• Hematology-oncology experience strongly preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred
• Core skills: telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation, blood product administration, central line/PICC line management, feeding tube care, port access and management
• Nursing degree must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from a manager/director or formal supervisor)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
