Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical RN – Oklahoma

Start Date: May 21, 2026
Location: Duncan, Oklahoma
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week guaranteed, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend coverage required, no call, float required, no blocked schedules accepted

• Patient ratio of 1:4 during days and 1:5 during nights on a mixed adult and pediatric medical-surgical unit
• Meditech charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory, pharmacy, and radiology
• Telemetry experience preferred; diverse case mix including orthopedic trauma, stroke, respiratory conditions, cardiac care, and post-delivery patients
• First-time travelers welcome with 30 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience required
• Oklahoma or Compact State RN license required (must be in hand at time of application)
• BLS and NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• ACLS and CPI certification preferred
• Ability to care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Experience with feeding tube care/management and IV therapy/phlebotomy preferred
• Must submit requested time off (RTO) with application, including any needed during onboarding
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
