Job Opportunity – Laboratory Professional – Northern California

Start Date: May 11, 2026
Location: Ukiah, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Rotating shifts including days and nights; every other weekend required

• 50-bed facility offering a well-balanced work environment
• Multiple shift options available including day shifts (06:30–15:00, 07:00–15:30, 13:00–21:30, 15:00–23:30) and night shifts (21:00–07:00)
• Weekend shifts: 07:00–15:30, 10:00–16:30, 15:00–23:30
• Utilize Cerner Pathnet laboratory information system
• Collaborative lab management team environment with regular huddles and department meetings
• No on-call requirement

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted California laboratory license or certification
• Clinical laboratory experience in a hospital or medical center setting
• Proficiency with laboratory information systems; Cerner Pathnet experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
