Job Opportunity – Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse – North Carolina

Start Date: June 25, 2026
Location: Matthews, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 7:45 AM – 5:15 PM, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Highlights:

• Outpatient infusion clinic specializing in hematology and medical oncology for adult patients
• Manageable patient ratio of 1:5 with 10 infusion chairs
• No call required and no weekend shifts – excellent work-life balance
• Epic charting system with full pharmacy support for medication mixing
• May float between two clinic locations approximately 20 minutes apart
• 13-week contract with up to 7 days pre-approved time off available

Requirements:

• Active RN license (North Carolina or Compact state accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of oncology-specific nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• ONS Chemo/Bio certification card required (must be valid)
• OCN certification preferred
• Demonstrated competency in chemotherapy administration
• Central line and implanted line care experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• First-time travelers accepted; travel experience welcomed
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
