Description
Start Date: May 11, 2026
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts; every 3rd weekend required
Highlights:
- Patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, or as assigned to the Obstetrics Emergency Department
- Work within a full-service perinatal unit with opportunities for complex care
- Structured preceptorship and comprehensive onboarding with designated trained staff
- Full-time, 12-hour shift schedule with predictable weekend rotation
- Supportive nursing environment focused on professional development and competency validation

Requirements:
- Active RN License in Texas or current Compact State license
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Current C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification from NCC or AWHONN Intermediate FHM course completion
- Minimum 1 year of perinatal or labor and delivery nursing experience preferred
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
