Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Telemetry – Florida

Start Date: May 19, 2026

Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 or 40 guaranteed hours per week; 3x12 or 8/10-hour shifts available. Float capability required across multiple locations within a 20-mile radius. Block scheduling not available.

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• 18 months telemetry/acute care experience required; 2 years preferred
• PCU/step-down experience required with vasoactive drip experience mandatory
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications (must be active at submission)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test within 12 months of start (smoke-free facility with no exceptions)
• EKG and pharmacology testing during orientation; passing required (2 attempts maximum)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or nursing leadership
