Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry Oncology PCU – Wisconsin

Start Date: May 18, 2026

Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00am–7:30pm, Monday through Friday with every other weekend and some holidays required

• Care for specialty populations including cystic fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, and lung transplant patients
• 3:1 patient ratio with both general care and IMC-level patients requiring critical thinking and advanced skills
• Robust interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and more
• Epic EMR system with 36 hours of orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license (must be in hand at submittal)
• BLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown
• Telemetry oncology, cardiac, and stepdown experience required
• Ventilator and transplant experience required – must be strongly proficient
• Level I or II Trauma Center experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Must successfully pass pre-employment telemetry exam with strict passing criteria
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
