Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse / Nursing Supervisor – New Jersey

Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Belleville, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, every other weekend required

Highlights:

• Supervisory role overseeing hospital operations during off-hours
• Epic EMR experience required
• Work with diverse patient populations including pediatrics, adults, adolescents, and geriatrics
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Previous charge experience required with minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience
• Community hospital setting with opportunities for leadership development

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience required
• Previous charge or supervisory experience required
• BLS certification required; ACLS and Chemo (ONS/ONCC) preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Willingness to float across all hospital units as needed
• Must be available to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• All requested time off must be submitted with application and approved prior to offer
