Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, every other weekend required

Highlights:

• Primarily assigned to Labor & Delivery with cross-training opportunities in NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics
• Home unit assignment (NICU, PICU, or Peds) determined upon arrival based on facility needs
• Floating opportunities across multiple pediatric specialties to expand clinical experience

• Contract begins June 2026 with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active Indiana State Respiratory Therapist license (temporary accepted if permanent application submitted)
• NBRC RRT certification required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• NRP certification required for Labor & Delivery placement (can be obtained post-offer if assigned)
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience required
• Children's hospital experience within the last 3 years required (Level I adult trauma facility experience considered)
• Labor & Delivery experience required, as this will be primary assignment
• Education must be accredited by CoARC and regionally accredited by CHEA
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two supervisor references required
