Description
Start Date: May 20, 2026
Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time; on-call and weekend schedule to be determined by facility
Highlights:
- Perform quality control measures on nuclear medicine equipment including troubleshooting and maintenance
- Operate advanced imaging equipment including Gamma cameras, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanners
- Collaborate directly with physicians to determine appropriate procedures and ensure effective operations
- Provide clinical instruction for radiology students and residents
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction efforts
- Siemens and Spectrum Imaging experience highly preferred
Requirements:
- Minimum 24 months of current Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience (required)
- Active permanent or temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from Texas Medical Board (required)
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with Nuclear Medicine (N) certification or CNMT within 6 months of hire (required)
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
- Thorough working knowledge of nuclear medicine technology, including chemistry, physics, mathematics, and biomedical sciences
- Ability to administer intramuscular and intravenous injections and start IV lines
- Basic knowledge of nuclear medicine therapeutic treatments and EKG for cardiac studies
- Two supervisory references from within the last year required
