- Coordinate nursing care utilizing critical thinking and independent clinical judgment

Requirements:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- NICU experience required, with demonstrated competency in neonatal critical care
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to care for neonates experiencing life-threatening conditions
- BLS and NRP certification (or ability to obtain)
