Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – California

Start Date: July 20, 2026
Location: Lodi, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Highlights:

  • Level III or Level IV NICU designation providing intensive, comprehensive care for critically ill neonates
  • Coordinate nursing care utilizing critical thinking and independent clinical judgment
  • Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across various levels

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • NICU experience required, with demonstrated competency in neonatal critical care
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to care for neonates experiencing life-threatening conditions
  • BLS and NRP certification (or ability to obtain)
