Description
Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend; on-call requirements to be determined
Highlights:
- LDRP unit managing the full continuum of care: OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery
- OBIX fetal surveillance system and EPIC electronic health record; experience with both highly preferred
- No OR circulation or scrubbing responsibilities – focus remains on labor and delivery care
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment supporting comprehensive patient and family education
- Opportunity to apply the full nursing process within Oregon RN scope of practice
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience
- Current fetal heart monitoring certification (required)
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
- Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain
- EFM and STABLE certifications highly preferred
- Current skills checklist (within 1 year) required for submission
