Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery RN – Oregon

Start Date: May 18, 2026
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend; on-call requirements to be determined

Highlights:

  • LDRP unit managing the full continuum of care: OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery
  • OBIX fetal surveillance system and EPIC electronic health record; experience with both highly preferred
  • No OR circulation or scrubbing responsibilities – focus remains on labor and delivery care
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment supporting comprehensive patient and family education
  • Opportunity to apply the full nursing process within Oregon RN scope of practice

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience
  • Current fetal heart monitoring certification (required)
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required)
  • Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain
  • EFM and STABLE certifications highly preferred
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) required for submission
