Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, LTAC/Telemetry – Indiana

Start Date: June 8, 2026

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana

Schedule: Shift-based nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital with telemetry monitoring

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multistate compact license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years of recent telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• 2 to 5 years of overall nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and delegation skills
