Job Opportunity – Cath Lab Technician – Florida

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Port Saint Lucie, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 36 hours/week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours/week for 8/10-hour shifts. Call required on a case-by-case basis with no set schedule. Weekend coverage can be discussed with the manager.

• Work within a 180-bed short-term acute care facility utilizing EPIC charting system
• Floating required within scope to three hospital locations within a 20-mile radius

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred
• Two of four modality experience required: Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro (must be reflected in work history)
• Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred; RCIS also preferred
• Current AHA or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS certification required
• Strong scrub tech skills with experience in diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or managers required
• Must pass EKG and pharmacology assessments during orientation (two attempts maximum)
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test required (must be nicotine-free)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• All time-off requests must be submitted at time of application
