Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of permanent experience in specialty
• Active Ohio RN license (Compact licenses accepted)
• Current BLS certification required
• One supervisory reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
• Background check and fingerprinting required
