Job Opportunity – Birthing Center Registered Nurse – Michigan

Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Marshall, Michigan
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Rotating holidays and weekends with possible call coverage

Highlights:

• Provide professional nursing care to laboring patients, assist with delivery and newborn care, and manage postpartum care for mothers and babies
• Lead and direct a patient care team including CNAs, LPNs, and support technicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive maternal and newborn care
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment throughout all phases of the nursing process
• Opportunity to obtain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification if not currently held

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license
• Minimum 2 years of current Birthing Center experience required
• Hands-on experience with labor, delivery, newborn care at delivery, and postpartum care for mothers and babies
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• NRP certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
