Location: Charlottesville, Virginia

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), rotating call coverage every 4th week, 26-week assignment

Highlights:

• Imaging support role in the operating room with focus on vascular interventional radiology procedures
• Work with state-of-the-art Siemens ARTIS PHENO equipment
• Diverse case mix including angioplasty, carotid stenting, EVAR, TEVAR, and endovascular interventions
• Epic charting system experience required
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Trauma Level I experience preferred

Requirements:

• Current ARRT (VI) certification required
• BLS certification required
• Active Virginia state license or eligibility to obtain (temporary license available for out-of-state licensed candidates; standard processing time is 8 weeks)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiologic technologist
• Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures including prep access site, vascular closure systems, ultrasound, and thrombectomy/thrombolysis
• Must reside outside 50-mile radius from the facility
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
