Description
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Napa, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts per week; start times vary between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM
Highlights:
- Outpatient oncology setting at a 200-bed acute care hospital
- Epic charting system in use facility-wide
- Free parking provided for all staff
- Comprehensive case mix including chemotherapy administration, port and PICC line management, IV therapy, and blood product administration
- Flexibility to float between like units and affiliated facilities as needed
- First-time travelers welcome with at least one year of oncology experience
Requirements:
- Active and valid California RN license (must be in hand prior to submission)
- Minimum of one year of oncology nursing experience
- Current BLS (BCLS) certification required
- ONS or ONCC chemotherapy certification required
- Experience with Epic charting system strongly preferred
- Proficiency in administration of blood and blood products, port and PICC line care, IV initiation and maintenance
- Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
- Availability to work two out of three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year
- Time-off requests must be submitted at time of application
