Location: Charlottesville, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment, day shift, 36 or 48 hours per week, every other weekend required

• Service teams include Surgical/Neuro, Heart and Vascular, Medical, and Unit Rotation
• Epic charting system preferred; orientation includes non-billable modules (up to 16 hours)

• Float between sections on occasion within scope of practice
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics across diverse critical care diagnoses

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia state license (pending acceptable if obtained before start; temporary license eligible with another active state license)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred
• ACCS (Adult Critical Care Specialist) preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience required; candidates with 2+ years may be reviewed
• Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Professional references required at time of submission
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
