Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology Technologist – North Carolina

Start Date: June 24, 2026
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: First shift with call rotation; 3x10-hour shifts with staggered start times between 0700-0830

Highlights:

Perform a comprehensive range of IR procedures including neuro/stroke interventions, vascular studies, biopsies, drainages, and peripheral interventions
Work with advanced imaging equipment including Siemens and Phillips x-ray systems
Manageable daily caseload of 13-17 patients primarily serving adult and geriatric populations
Call rotation includes primary call approximately one day every 4 weeks and weekend coverage every 5th-6th weekend
Comprehensive orientation provided during first week with dedicated training schedule
Scrubs provided

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience required
Previous travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
Active ARRT-R and BLS certifications required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
Demonstrated expertise in neuro procedures including stroke intervention (required)
Proficiency with both neuro and body procedures required
Experience with contrast administration, PACS systems, and sterile field maintenance
Hands-on experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
North Carolina or Compact state license (must be in hand at start date)
Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
