Description
Start Date: June 24, 2026
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: First shift with call rotation; 3x10-hour shifts with staggered start times between 0700-0830
Highlights:
- Perform a comprehensive range of IR procedures including neuro/stroke interventions, vascular studies, biopsies, drainages, and peripheral interventions
- Work with advanced imaging equipment including Siemens and Phillips x-ray systems
- Manageable daily caseload of 13-17 patients primarily serving adult and geriatric populations
- Call rotation includes primary call approximately one day every 4 weeks and weekend coverage every 5th-6th weekend
- Comprehensive orientation provided during first week with dedicated training schedule
- Scrubs provided
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience required
- Previous travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Active ARRT-R and BLS certifications required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in neuro procedures including stroke intervention (required)
- Proficiency with both neuro and body procedures required
- Experience with contrast administration, PACS systems, and sterile field maintenance
- Hands-on experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
- North Carolina or Compact state license (must be in hand at start date)
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
