Job Opportunity – ICU/MICU Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend required. Floating to other units within the organization may be required based on patient care needs.

Highlights:

• Work in a Medical Intensive Care Unit with a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio caring for adult patients
• Utilize Epic EMR system and advanced equipment including NxStage CRRT, Alaris IV pumps, and GE ventilators
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory therapy, physical therapy, pharmacy, radiology, rapid response teams, and more
• Gain experience with complex critical care including ventilator management, CRRT, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, and advanced neurological care
• Manage diverse patient populations including respiratory failure, sepsis, post-cardiac arrest, stroke, and multisystem organ failure
• Two pre-approved time-off periods available during contract

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license (compact accepted) or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/MICU experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• Epic EMR experience required
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
