Schedule: Every other weekend required (Saturday and Sunday); floating required between multiple affiliated facilities

Highlights:

• ICU-focused respiratory therapy role with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Experience with advanced ventilation techniques including BiPAP, CPAP, and high-flow nasal cannula
• Cerner charting system preferred; comprehensive orientation provided

• One pre-approved time off period available; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Flu vaccination required; COVID-19 vaccination not required

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (RRT) and NBRC certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience with at least 18 months recent ICU experience
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and RRT required; PALS preferred
• Graduate of a CoARC-accredited respiratory therapy program from a regionally accredited institution (CHEA)
• Proficiency in arterial blood gas interpretation, intubation assistance, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care
• Willingness to float between multiple affiliated facilities as needed
• Comfortable working every other weekend as part of regular schedule
