Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Virginia

Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM

Highlights:

• Work with cutting-edge technology including 2 TrueBeam linear accelerators (newest installed within the last month), GE CT Sim, and Elekta HDR
• Treat 45–55 patients daily across 2 linacs with a 2:1 therapist-to-machine ratio
• Collaborate with a highly experienced multidisciplinary team including RNs, dosimetrists, physicists, dietitian, and social worker
• Work in an ACR-accredited radiation oncology program with Commission on Cancer and NAPBC accreditation
• ARIA documentation system with advanced treatment modalities including VMAT, SBRT, and surface guidance
• Outstanding patient satisfaction with Press Ganey scores around 95%

Requirements:

• ARRT certification required
• Minimum 3 years of TrueBeam experience (required)
• Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance experience
• ARIA system experience
• DIBH (Deep Inspiration Breath Hold) proficiency preferred
• Experience with VMAT, SBRT, and surface-guided radiation therapy
