Schedule: Rotating shifts (day and night), rotating weekends, variable patient ratios, no blocked scheduling

Requirements:

• RRT or CRT certification required
• Critical care experience required
• Emergency room experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under stressful conditions
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced respiratory equipment
