Description
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM
Highlights:
- Work with state-of-the-art TrueBeam linear accelerators in a high-volume cancer treatment center treating 45–55 patients per day
- Collaborative team environment with 2 radiation therapists per machine, supported by dosimetrists, physicists, RNs, and multidisciplinary staff
- Advanced treatment modalities including VMAT, SBRT, DIBH, and surface guidance technology (Align RT/Vision RT)
- ARIA documentation system for streamlined workflow
- ACR accredited for radiation oncology, Commission on Cancer accredited, and NAPBC accredited facility
- Exceptional patient satisfaction scores with Press Ganey ratings around 95%
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
- Minimum 3 years of TrueBeam linear accelerator experience required
- Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance systems
- Proficiency with ARIA oncology information system
- Advanced skills in DIBH, VMAT, SBRT, and surface-guided radiation therapy preferred
