Description
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Medford, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Block schedule – Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM). Friday night shift extends into Saturday morning. No Saturday or Sunday night shifts required.
Highlights:
- Work in a 108-bed short-term acute care facility with a 4-bed sleep lab
- 2:1 patient ratios with approximately 15 patient visits per day
- Epic charting system experience required
- 72 hours of orientation provided
- No on-call or floating between units required
- Focus on adult and geriatric patients with sleep disorders including obstructive sleep apnea, narcolepsy, and PLMS
Requirements:
- Active Oregon Polysomnography License or RRT with Polysomnography certification (must be in hand or in process)
- BLS and RPSGT certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sleep medicine
- Epic charting system experience required
- Proficiency in PSG, CPAP, BiPAP, sleep scoring, and multiple sleep diagnostic procedures
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for this assignment
- Previous charge experience preferred
- 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
