Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist – Florida Panhandle

Start Date: April 28, 2026

Location: Panama City, Florida

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, NICU unit (Cost Center 754), weekend rotations possible

Highlights:

• Work in a 28-bed Level III NICU at a Joint Commission Top Performer facility
• Backfill travel assignment in a 216-bed acute care hospital with 40 years of community service
• Utilize Meditech EMR and advanced ventilator technology including PB 840 and Draeger vents
• Participate in delivery room responses and surfactant administration
• Join a collaborative team of 35 Respiratory Therapy professionals
• Royal blue scrubs provided as unit standard

Requirements:

• Active Respiratory Therapist licensure (RRT credential)
• NICU experience required – Level III preferred
• Adult respiratory care experience
• Proficiency with advanced ventilator management preferred
• Team-oriented work style with flexibility to support varying unit needs
