Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Millcreek, Utah
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio (may vary based on acuity); 3 weekend shifts per 4-week period; straight nights or 50/50 rotation available

Highlights:

• 24-bed Intensive Care Unit with experienced, collaborative team of 46 staff members
• Epic documentation system
• Exposure to high-acuity cases including rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, ventilator management, vasopressors, arterial lines, IABP, CRRT, and open heart recovery
• Patient ratios adjusted for acuity: 1:2 standard, 1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity patients
• Critical Care Technician/Unit Secretary support available during day shifts when census reaches 10 patients
• Floating limited to PCU or sitter assignments within inpatient areas

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Utah or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (1 year of strong ICU experience considered)
• Current ACLS certification required
• Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint management, arterial lines, and other critical care competencies
• Familiarity with procedures including bronchoscopy, intubation, arterial and central line placement, and chest tube insertion
