Schedule: Rotating shifts; may be required to work alternating or consecutive weekends to meet department needs

Requirements:

• Active California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience
• Strong blood bank experience required, including antibody screening and identification, crossmatching, and transfusion reaction workups
• Experience in hematology and chemistry preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Previous travel or contract experience required
• BLS certification required; ASCP certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency with automated analyzers, manual differentials, coagulation studies, and urinalysis
