Location: Tomball, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating weekends; day shift (2 RNs) and night shift (2 RNs); on-call availability as needed but not required

• Patient ratio of 4-to-1 with collaborative staffing model alongside paramedics, radiology techs, and physicians
• Standard emergency care including EKG monitoring, blood draws, medication administration, and critical interventions
• Access to advanced equipment including Lucas Device, BiPaP, Glidescope, and comprehensive ER supplies
• Meditech EMR system for streamlined documentation
• No floating required – dedicated unit assignment

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas (or ability to obtain)
• Minimum one (1) year of Critical Care experience in ICU or Emergency Room setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency care environment
• Freestanding ER experience and lab skills preferred
