# Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist – Texas

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Location: Humble, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or night shift available; every other weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday)

Highlights:

• Work in a 419-bed acute care facility with a 48-member respiratory therapy team
• Patient ratio of approximately 1:10-15 for first rounds
• Utilize current technology including V60 BiPAP, Vapotherm, Avea and Hamilton ventilators, and EPOC ABG analyzers
• Electronic medical records maintained in MEDITECH system
• Supportive team environment with designated leads and supervisors on each shift
• Multiple positions available for immediate hiring

Requirements:

• Active Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong patient assessment skills
• Proficiency in performing treatment procedures as ordered by physician
• Experience with arterial punctures, oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and non-invasive ventilation
• NRP and PALS certification preferred
• Critical care experience highly preferred
