Location: Wichita, Kansas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Self-scheduling available to support work-life balance.

Highlights:

• 26-bed Labor & Delivery unit with comprehensive perinatal services
• Patient ratios: 1:1 for high-risk labor and C-sections; 1:2 for antepartum, PPROM, preterm labor on magnesium, and postpartum on magnesium; 1:3 for stable cases
• Team-based nursing model with collaborative, supportive culture
• Strong leadership team with floor coverage capability
• EMR: Meditech with GE CPN fetal monitoring system
• New OB Hospitalist program providing additional attending support

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and EFM-C or AWHONN certification required
• Active RN license in Kansas or eligibility for compact state licensure
• Preferred: Experience circulating C-sections and high-risk LDR experience
