Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week

Highlights:

• 16-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Diverse patient population including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, and chronic kidney disease management
• Experience managing heparin drips and complex medical conditions including Type 2 Diabetes, substance abuse, and encephalopathy
• Flexible contract options available for 36 or 48 hours per week
• Opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment serving a metropolitan community

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU or ICU/stepdown nursing experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated competency with heparin drip management and complex medical patient populations
