Description
Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week; flexible contract options available
Highlights:
- 16-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Diverse case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergencies, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, and more
- Experience managing complex patients including those with substance abuse, encephalopathy, and heparin drip protocols
- Opportunity to work with critically ill patients requiring close monitoring in a progressive care setting
- Immediate start available for qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU or progressive care experience
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
- Experience with heparin drip management and high-acuity intermediate care patients
