Description
Start Date: May 6, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day and night shifts available; Patient ratios 5-6:1 (RN); Tech ratios 10-15:1; 44-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit
Highlights:
- Work in an award-winning acute rehabilitation unit with multiple hospital-wide recognition honors
- Joint Commission certified stroke program
- Collaborative staffing model with RNs, LPNs, techs, and charge nurse support
- Diverse patient population including trach, PEG, wound care, IV therapy, and peritoneal dialysis
- EMR system in place with modern equipment including Hoyer lifts and patient care technology
- Two positions available for qualified candidates
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Virginia (or multistate compact license)
- Medical-Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience preferred
- Candidates with solely SNF (skilled nursing facility) background will not be considered
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration and med-surg nursing procedures
- Team-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitude
