Description
Start Date: July 6, 2026
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 or 48 hours per week
Highlights:
- Medical Step Down Unit with 16-20 beds
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
- Diverse case mix including sepsis, heart failure, hypertensive emergency, respiratory failure, COPD, chronic kidney disease, diabetes management, substance abuse, status epilepticus, and encephalopathy
- Contract assignment with flexible scheduling options
- Opportunity to work with complex, high-acuity patients in a progressive care setting
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Georgia or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of recent step down or progressive care experience
- Current ACLS certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
