Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday 5:30 AM - 10:30 PM with flexible 8-hour, 10-hour, or combination shifts based on department needs; Every other weekend required; Occasional holiday Sundays

• Guaranteed 40 hours weekly with day and evening shift flexibility
• Opportunity to float to other dialysis locations for diverse clinical exposure
• Serve diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license required prior to submission
• Minimum 1 year of dialysis nursing experience
• Previous Charge Nurse experience required
• Chronic outpatient dialysis experience required
• Acute inpatient dialysis experience required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with vascular access cannulation (AV fistulas and grafts), catheter management, and administration of blood products
• Competency in dialysis machine operations, alarm management, and emergency response protocols
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Available for flexibility with floating to other dialysis locations
